Picture this. Mountains tumbling into head stands. Head stands morphing into speeding cycles. Bridges collapsing into roaring lions. Sounds like a CGI movie? Actually, they’re nothing but scenes from a normal household where a child plays the lead role. Heavy on drama, kids are also born acrobats. Yoga postures for instance, are natural poses for a child. In fact, simple yoga asanas seem to be embedded in the human body. We have kids special class. There is going to be lots of games, story-telling through yoga and creative visualization techniques for relaxation.

Dr. Vineeta Ketkar, a practising family physician, offers Yogic health services and training programs based on modern medicine. She believes, pathway of Yogic Health Science begins with knowledge of our body, sense organs, mind, intellect & our action or response. And therefore her philosophy is to gain knowledge, next step is to observe our body during day and night, moment to moment, for 24 hours. This power of awareness helps us to deal with many dys-functional disorders in the form of psychosomatic diseases occurring in our body.

Dr. Nikhil Mehta, an MBBS graduate has also learnt Ayurveda from many senior masters and has been devoting his time in spreading the wisdom of Ayurveda. Kalpan Sancheti has been practicing Sujok therapy last 9 years. She started as a patient and later acquired a degree in Acupressure therapy. She also gives lectures on the subject. For her the fundamental idea is to have a treatment that has no side effects and which doesn't involve medicines.The time of the treatment required depends on the type and intensity of the problem that you are suffering and the body's reaction to treatment .Some get cured within an hour some take a longer time but positive results are there 100% .

Sivananda Tradition Session

Karoonaji is a very senior and certified Hatha Yoga teacher and healer. She is a very compassionate and intuitive teacher and her forte lies in teaching yoga, advanced pranayama, meditation and yogic philosophy. She found her calling Yoga and renounced it all and study the Sivananda tradition of yoga. She is known for healing people suffering from emotional distress and stress management.

Aakaash Ramchandani

Last 25 years, Aakaash has done extensive studies and certifications in a variety of bodies of knowledge comprising Yoga, Medical Yoga (Yoga Therapy), Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Strength Conditioning, Exercise Science, Sports Nutrition and Sports Supplementation. His main work of interest lies in integrating modern Exercise Science (applied kinesiology and biomechanics) with the ancient science of Yoga & Ayurveda. He believes they both work in tandem and synergistically to achieve any health or fitness goal. He believes it is not important how deep you go into a yoga asana, but instead that you focus on performing the yoga pose correctly with proper breath.

Jen is an experienced Yin teacher who has a particular passion for working with beginners and those who think YOGA is ‘not for me’ because in her experience, YOGA is for everyBODY! It is her belief that when you have a jenbarronYOGA experience you will feel a greater sense of integration and the more people that do so, the more nurturing and loving our communities and our world will become.

Preeti Bhatnagar

Kids Yoga

Preeti is a Hatha, Vinyasa and Therapeutic Yoga teacher. She has completed teacher’s training from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Kerala, followed by Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Yog Vidya Gurukul, Nashik. She has also conducted yoga sessions with organizations such as Sulzer, Ferrero, Tieto, Vibgyor High School, Deutsche Bank, Vodafone, ITC and for the Regional Passport centres in Pune. She is engaged with a Pune based, child-care NGO Tara Mobile Creche, Bounce Sports Academy, Pune for conducting yoga classes for the kids.

Varshna’s journey in the field of healing started with Pranic Healing 19 years ago. She took up many tumour patients in their last stage and healed them even when the Medical Doctors had given up. With her experience in healing and the trust of the patients’ on her, she has seen miraculous results. She went ahead and learnt more modalities – Reiki, Space Clearing, Past Life Regression and Inner Child among many more. At present, she is actively working with Cancer patients and it is her dream to reach out to more people. She conducts meditation sessions twice a week in Pune as she believes it helps in reducing stress levels and encourages healthy lifestyle, emotional well being and benefits immune health.

Ranu Mishra

Yoga Philosophy

Ranu Mishra's yoga journey started 10 years ago with a trial yoga class in 2007 under a disciple of BKS Iyengar. These yoga classes helped her with good progress and notice benefits with the practice, kindled the fire of yoga. This experience and state of physical and mental wellness was followed by further studies in the subject of Yoga. She is certified as Yoga Acharyas by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres. She is also certified by the worldwide Yoga Alliance for the 500 hours standard of Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).

Hitesh a student of Rajshree Tupe, teaches at Shriyog Institute that follows the Iyengar system of learning asana and pranayama with a blend of Ayurvedic lifestyle and music to bring health and wholeness. Asanas are broken down and sessions are liberally sprinkled with mini anatomy lessons to kindle interest in exploring this science of the self.
